1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or placing any wager on the gk77 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the User) and gk77. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of gk77 services, you are required to create a registered account. During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. The following conditions apply to your gk77 account:

• One account per person is permitted. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. gk77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to protect your credentials.
• gk77 reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) checks at any point. You may be required to submit a copy of your national ID card, passport, or driving licence, as well as proof of payment method ownership (e.g. a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account in your name).
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification is a material breach of these Terms. gk77 reserves the right to close any account where fraudulent information has been supplied and to recover any amounts that were incorrectly paid out as a result.

gk77 may suspend or close your account at any time if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you have breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in suspicious activity, or that your continued use of the platform poses a risk to other users or to the integrity of our services.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

gk77 supports a range of local payment methods suited to Bangladesh players. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following policies govern financial transactions on gk77:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the payment page within your account. These minimums may change from time to time and the current limits always take precedence.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (e.g. a bKash deposit can only be withdrawn to the same bKash number). This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.
• gk77 processes withdrawal requests as quickly as possible; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the results of any required account verification. gk77 shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
• Any attempt to manipulate the deposit or withdrawal process, including through chargeback requests, reversed transactions, or exploiting payment processing delays, will constitute fraud and will result in immediate account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities.

gk77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity and proof of ownership of the payment account. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

gk77 periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are governed by the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on the individual offer page.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the wagering requirements have been fully met. Unused bonus funds that exceed their validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• gk77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to an active promotion will be notified of any material change via email or in-app notification.

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, scraping, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of gk77 content without prior written consent is strictly forbidden and may result in civil or criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gk77 and its officers, directors, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the gk77 platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, interruption of service, or any financial loss resulting from reliance on information published on the platform.

gk77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we take every reasonable precaution to maintain platform stability and security, we cannot guarantee continuous availability, particularly during scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or third-party network outages.

10. Amendments to These Terms

gk77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the gk77 platform unless a specific effective date is stated. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of gk77 following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Where a change to these Terms is material and significantly affects your rights or obligations as a user, gk77 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders via email or an in-app notification prior to the change taking effect. Minor clarifications, typographical corrections, and non-material updates may be made without advance notice.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which gk77 operates. In the event of any dispute between you and gk77, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with our customer support team at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, it may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights.
